ESO - ENHANCED SECURITY OFFICER
Enhanced Security Officer
The line drawn between safeguarding the security of staff and service users and providing the care service users deserve has disappeared while the need for both has never been stronger.
The development of the Enhanced Security Officer allows us to provide outstanding care while safeguarding the safety and welfare of service users, staff and the general public in a single role.
This will not only offer service quality and clarity, but also allow you to create tangible efficiencies in its care provision.
The Enhanced Security Officer (ESO) will:
- offer one to one care to service users
- supporting clinical staff
- hold a valid SIA badge
- be able to offer NHS approved restraint interventions
- be developed and deployed with an emphasis on high quality training.

ENHANCED SECURITY TRAINING
Specialist skills training to support clinical staff and safeguard service users in challenging settings.
