CarePlus+ is not an alternative to frontline health and social care teams, but the perfect augmentation in the delivery of world-class patient centred care. As your partner, we’ll be there by your side to do the heavy lifting, while your teams do what they do best.

CarePlus+ provides the next level of patient centred care and support through our Direct Care provision. The line drawn between safeguarding staff and service users and providing the care service users deserve has blurred, while the need for both has never been needed more.

CarePlus+ provides health and social care organisations the opportunity to enhance its patient experience and care provision with direct healthcare assistance personnel. This enhanced level of direct care provision specialises in assisting healthcare teams to deliver patient centred care in all settings, including the most challenging.

Out teams have been developed to operate under intense pressure, particularly when supporting patients with mental illness, diminished capacity and/or cognitive disorders. We can support your teams where violence and aggression may be likely.

Our CarePlus+ Enhanced Care Assistants will:

hold a Level 2 Healthcare Certificate qualified
have completed CPI Crisis Prevention & Intervention (MAPA) accredited training for de-escalation, disengagement and restraint techniques (De-escalation, Management & Intervention – DMI)
be able to offer NHS approved restraint interventions
have an emphasis on world class patient centred care and safeguarding
